What a great experience and a great reminder that customer service is alive and well at Webster Bank in Port Jefferson Station. Not only did Melissa solve my problem, but she called me back to let me know the resolution was immediate and not the promised hour. I was so impressed with the level of customer service, professionalism and just kindness.
