- TDTanya DickinsonJan 30, 20241.0I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. They opened an account for my youngest son without parents concent, and no ID. (He's 16) Then they put my oldest sons number and information on the account with my youngest sons also. Then when I went in to close it and they wouldnt even though it's my youngest son's checks being deposited into the , his name is on it, and he was with me. My oldest son does not live with us. Yet apparently he is the only one who can do anything with the account. Then we call to change the number on the account so we can get texts to change the pin on my youngest son's debit card so he can access his money, and they told me "my number doesn't pass to send the verification text to." How? Its a legit number! Im on it with my son at the same time! We verified all of his info including his social security #, and they wouodnt help us. So we can't change the number, can't change the pin, can't do anything. It's his debit card! His name is on it! His social security number is on the account! On top of that, they won't cash payroll checks. You have to wait up to 48 hours for them to clear a payroll check. Never in my life in any bank I have ever used have I had these kinds of issues. Worst bank ever to bank with. Do yourself a favor and bank with someone else. 👌
