  The young woman working the front desk was rude and incompetent, unfamiliar with the basic tasks of my transaction and extremely unhelpful in finding the right course of action. Thankfully the gentleman in charge of her was much more helpful, understood the transaction I was trying to make, and directed me to Ms/Mrs. Irizarry who was able to perform it. The woman working on the far left side of the front desk in the afternoon of Jan 3rd, 2025, clearly doesn't have the people skills required for this sort of work.

  I opened an account and they do not recognize me, I cannot access my money, and I spent too long at the brand trying to get help. ONLY reason I gave 4 stars is because Jose (the manager) remained professional even when I was annoyed. Which I was right to be annoyed because I could use MY card to pay a bill after a banker told me I can transfer funds then transfer again which locked my account. Had she not told me that information I wouldn’t have attempted this.

  Opened an account here a couple of weeks back, the main back office not the sharpest tools in the shed. But as far as the management and teller’s in the branch top notch. Especially Rose, very professional and goes over and above her regular duties.
