- WRWendy Rodriguez3 days ago2.0First time I stop by this branch yesterday , I usually go to the Levittown but anyways, I went in and I need cash more than 1k. I was with my two kids and the Indian gentleman as soon as he heard from his co-worker asking me if my two kids were mine I replied yes then this indian guy sounds very rude criticizing that I look too young to have kids. He keeps saying that like does that affect him?, I just need the cash period , and that was not an accomplishment. Unprofessional and I didn't ask for receipts for the balance of my account and he looked at how much I have in my checking account, the other lady I believe she noticed that his coworker made it uncomfortable and was trying to be nice.
- JJJamesOct 15, 20251.0I go to this branch every now and then, I went today for a cash advance at the window. The gentlemen told me I had to go inside for it. Stated its policy, I looked up the policy and there is nothing that states that. I gave all proper identification and cc. What happened to consumer banking relationships? Terrible they know me here too. Also at the end of the transaction the teller went on to tell me that I needed to come inside because it is a different machine. Switched from policy to the reason being it’s a different machine we use so you need to come inside? Sounds made up.
