    I had a very disappointing experience today. I arrived at the bank shortly before 1 PM, not realizing it closes at that time on Saturdays. Instead of coming to the door to kindly inform me, the staff completely ignored me. One lady even told another employee to come to the door to see what I needed, but she just looked at me, rolled her eyes, and walked away without saying a word. This was extremely rude and unprofessional. A simple explanation or acknowledgment would have gone a long way.

    The tellers are great and expedient. When you need to meet with a representative the line is long and the wait is endless. If you try to call the branch they never answer the phone. The atmosphere is way too corporate. Find another option for your banking needs.

    I see why this bank has low ratings now, but since it was Pelham I gave them a shot with higher expectations. The woman was asked if I should be seated at her desk, nastily she said no she can sit in waiting area. When I sat down at her desk (two mins later so she could’ve just let me sit there) the bank was empty I should note; she gave no eye contact sat on her computer and barely looked up. Then when I said can I get info she made sure to tell me I am logging in then I’ll help you. I walked out. I will NEVER bank with TD because of here, at least not here. 11 years of business - I’ll take my money somewhere else. I wish I didn’t even give one star but that is the lowest,

    Very professional and great customer service. I was greeted by Eric Davis shortly after entering and he assisted me right away. I recommend this bank!
