  I am writing this review to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by the branch manager, Shawne. My family and I encountered a challenging issue recently, and our attempts to resolve it over the phone were unfruitful, adding to our frustration. However, Shawne’s kindness and unwavering support truly made a difference. She approached our situation with genuine empathy, taking the time to understand our concerns, particularly with regard to my 93-year-old grandmother. Shawne displayed remarkable patience and politeness throughout our interactions, always ensuring that we felt heard and valued. Her consistent follow-up and willingness to go the extra mile to assist us during this difficult time were truly commendable. I highly recommend working with Shawne; her compassionate demeanor and professionalism not only alleviated our worries but also turned a stressful experience into a pleasant one.   The only bank that I know that opens up at 10am instead of 9am and always has long lines. Makes me not want to come to this bank.

  The bank never answers their calls. I left my cane and they never answered the phone for 2 days. Even when I went threw to customer service over the phone they failed to answer.
