She approached our situation with genuine empathy, taking the time to understand our concerns, particularly with regard to my 93-year-old grandmother. Shawne displayed remarkable patience and politeness throughout our interactions, always ensuring that we felt heard and valued. Her consistent follow-up and willingness to go the extra mile to assist us during this difficult time were truly commendable. I highly recommend working with Shawne; her compassionate demeanor and professionalism not only alleviated our worries but also turned a stressful experience into a pleasant one. Jean's customer service skills is severely lacking, it's typical of Citibank as a whole. Ultimately, I closed my account, but I'm still grateful for this recent horrible experience.
