Recently I was in the branch to pay a bill and asked about a car loan. Within a few hours, I received approval and Alberto Villa had already taken care of everything and had the paperwork ready to go. He was knowledgable, kind and extremely helpful. I'm glad I went in that day because I also found out it was Alberto's last day which made me even more impressed because he really worked to the very last minute to make sure his customer's needs were satisfied. I'm confident in continuing to work with this branch as the managers are also visible and available to help. And I'm sure Alberto will be successful in his next career. Thank you.
