The same employees are consistently present so they get to know you and your needs on a personal level which is such a big benefit compared to a large bank where there's different people every time you go in. Rachel was so great to work with when I needed to make some changes to my accounts last month along with some new investments. She made the process so simple and seamless and explained everything along the way. I am very happy doing my banking with Valley Bank.

She always greet us with a beautiful smile that can brighten up a room and always dress nice. Patty is phenomenal as well, she knows my partner and always helping us. Maria is a good & works rapid. The reason why it's a 3 star is because of Dominick, his very rude and nasty on the phone. One day my partner called and he was raising his voice at him, I was shocked. I don't know why his still there.
