  The worst bank branch I have ever visited. The employees at this location demonstrate consistent incompetence and a complete lack of professionalism. Over multiple visits, every single time I encountered conflict situations caused entirely by the staff. Proper service at this branch seems to be impossible. The employees either do not know their own procedures or deliberately ignore them. Constant nitpicking, absurd requirements, unjustified refusals, and a clear unwillingness to do their job. Instead of helping the customer, they apply pressure, show irritation, and try to shift responsibility. It is especially telling that at other branches of the same bank, the exact same transactions are completed quickly, professionally, and without any issues, which clearly highlights the extremely low level of staff competence at this location. Customer service is completely nonexistent. The attitude toward clients is dismissive and cold, with communication bordering on outright rudeness. It feels as though customers are viewed as an inconvenience rather than the reason the branch exists. I strongly do not recommend this branch. A complete waste of time, energy, and nerves. Bank management should urgently pay attention to this office, as in its current state it only damages the reputation of the entire bank.

  I wouldn't ever invest 1 cent in TD Bank! My spouse and I have a joint checking account which I don't use. However, yesterday I went in because I needed a document notarized. The guy behind the desk (who I found out was the notary was with a customer I think). I sat in a chair over by the desk area for about 10 minutes then stood over by the teller area. A guy with a shaved head who was standing in the entryway then came over and asked me if I needed help. I said "Yes, I need something notarized". He responded with we'll have a notary here after 4pm. So I drove back again for 4pm as instructed and stood a few minutes and the notary guy at the desk motioned for someone to come over. I asked me and he abruptly said NO the people behind me who came in after me. He said they have a 4pm appointment. The teller, Matt, who by the way was the only friendly, professional one that helped me there explained that from 11am to 2 pm they don't notarize due to staffing shortages and asked if I wanted to make an appointment for the next day. I replied "Yes, but why did the employee from when I was there at 11:30am say come back after 4pm or that I had to have an appointment"?? So I wasted two trips to this branch so far. The next day I went in at 1030am for the appointment I scheduled with Matt, the teller. That's when I saw the guy just sitting there doing nothing was the same guy from the day before that notarized!! He did it in about 2 minutes tops, not friendly at all, and I was glad to be out of there. TD Bank .... Convenient? I think not and found it far from that!!!! I had to make three trips to there in order to get a document notarized. Disgraceful service, friendliness and providing correct information.
