- KMKen MarshallApr 29, 20241.0If there were a Zero in the rating system, I would rank Citibank 0. No one ever answers the phone at a branch; the ATM machines use very slow software and they are designed with sloping shelves making it impossible to put banking papers, checks or documents handy while using the ATM (manufactured by Diebold). Some tellers speak with such a heavy Spanish accent that it is difficult to understand them (and I speak Spanish!). Lastly, Citibank has closed down so many branches that getting to one, least of all FINDING one, is an exercise in frustration or futility.
