Now after saying that there was recently a block put on my account because they thought someone had tried to use it but the problem was that they didn't inform me. Tried to use it Fri and my card was rejected called the band and they said explained why . I just wish I had been informed.. still a great bank

The lady who helped me to open a checking account she is so sweet answered all my questions she was so patient add on that I one time came with my wife and I had to leave for an issue so my wife stood in the bank until the next available appointment and because she was waiting for a little while. The staff over there gave her some coffee and chocolate and that just made me go crazy and love this staff more and more !!! five star and if I can get more, I will!!!
- BBbryanMar 6, 20191.0I wouldn’t even give this bank 1 star. I tried to get $200 of my own money from their ATM which went through, only I wasn’t given the money. When I went inside to talk to teller I was given a 1800 number to call to straighten it out. ( not their problem ) I was eventually asked to leave the bank after an hour spent trying to rectify the situation and I had to call the police in order to get it on record. I ended up calling the 800 number only to be put on hold 3 times as they re-route me to a different representative. Finally after 2 1/2 hours later was told I had to write an incident report and send it to them before they will investigate the situation. Thanks key bank for stealing my money and time.......you suck!,,
