  Daniel Marzella helped me out with a very frustrating problem I had making a mortgage payment from my TD bank account. Nothing wrong on the TD Bank side, it was on the side of my mortgage bank, Truist. Daniel Hung in there with me for a few hours, calling up my mortgage bank and helping me through the issue. Thank you Daniel! Keep doing what you’re doing. You’re fantastic at your job!

  Great bank, ignoring company issues like my account getting locked out so many times... but the employees were super helpful and nice. Everyone is extremely kind and understanding. My honest though and only true complaint is that awful parking lot. It is so tight and the turn onto the main road is tight and the entrance and exit is way too tight, while reasonable drivers can handle it, so many older people wipe right in and have almost collided with me or over turn too wide and for some odd reason can't figure out to turn more to the right or go into a lot slowly... into it. I really just park on the side and rather walk which is more than fine or park near the restaurants nearby, yes that is how bad that turn is IMO. I drive a fit also which isn't even a big car to begin with.

  Never have I ever met a more friendly staff. Greeted immediately after coming in and had such a nice conversation while being helped quickly and efficiently. Wonderful!

  I dealt with 3 people who had no idea what they were doing at the teller for a itemized print out of just paying a massive credit card bill. Waited for 45 mins and did not even receive what I asked for. Absolutely terrible service

  Waited almost an hour for bank statements and still didn’t received what I asked for as well as dealing with 3 different people
