- LLLil_Kozy77Jun 21, 20241.0Been banking here for 5-7 years, Never once had an issue. I went to cash a 20 dollar check for the first time and they absolutely refused to cash it!!!! Went to 2 closer banks first and they were fine with cashing it except i didnt have an account with them, so they let me know to go to my bank at north west. PS the check was written by a retired bank teller. I tried asking why they wouldn't accept it and they refused me any answers or service other than "its not your check" Even though it was clearly for me, provided State I.D. and banked with them. Decided what the hell, If they dont wanna work, ill just go to the banks closer. Was hoping this would be my bank for life, I do NOT have time for games.
