I called about the issue and they refused to offer assistance since I have no transportation or anyone fit to supervise an infant. They continued to charge my account then close it. Then sent a debt collector after me and every time I call before I even get to finish saying what the issue is they continuously hang up. Extremely poor customer service all around. Go to any bank except this one. I’ve had this bank for years and all it causes is constant issues and problems.
