    First of all, I would like to express my endless thanks to the my personal banker Ethan Morgan. He solved all my problems and helped me a lot, he is a very good banker.

    Despicable bank and branch. Tried to be proactive about my relatives home who had a lien against the home for debt, and a banking history with Key for decades. Key gaslit me and my family and then let the property sit for years to run up the taxes and whatever else to ensure my family saw none of the proceeds in excess of the debt owed. Disgusting. Deserves negative stars.

    Awful bank. Their app dosent even tell you what you actually have in your account. It will have a higher number then if you spend it they will charge you fees. There several other major issues I’ve encountered with this banks policies and way of doing business. Customer service is not one bit reasonable, go anywhere but KeyBank
