They wouldn’t accept a copy of the death certificate even though they said “oh we’ll need a copy on file either way”, I had the decent account, ID, and a letter from the courts appointed me to handle the estate. Bank is very busy on a Saturday & only has 2-3 people working.

The location of the machine made you put your back to busy Broadway and the driveway next to the cash machine. While getting your loot you have a blindspot to the rear of the building that has a gaping road that provides access and egress to your loot and possibly worse. It is very well lit. That's good for after the fact identification. I will not be going back at night. No pictures for obvious reasons. Your mileage may vary.

It’s a shame. Will not be a client anymore as of tomorrow.

Every time I go to make a SIMPLE DEPOSIT drive thru or counter takes 20+ minutes!!! Who has a spare half hour to wait on a business that no longer runs as a PROPER business!!! Main lady at counter is doing window & counter yet isn’t effective at EITHER! I’m tired of calling Customer Service!! Last complaint will be when we go Thursday to close all the family accounts I referred to this place over 30 years!
