MELISSA the branch “manager” who is inconsistent and unprofessional canceled my appointment under less than 24 hours of notice. Was not empathetic to other peoples schedules and clearly VERY inconsiderate of others time. Due to this matter I will be contacting corporate, as well as ceasing any further activity with this institution. She blamed staffing; I would assume a halfway decent manager would be able to adequately staff her location, but it seems Melissa can’t do anything adequately. There are many banks in the area who would be more than happy to assist you with your financial needs; take advice from this review and go elsewhere! Melissa, have the day you deserve.
