- SPSharon POct 20, 20251.0Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely worst banking experience ever!!! Claimed my other bank severed the link, my other bank had no record of this and now I can't withdraw my money, I filled out additional paperwork on 10/9 and still can't make a withdraw....all they do is drop the interest rate and then not allow you to withdraw your money.

Insurance for which I have send paperwork on 11/1/2024 valid for 1 year. So far submitted 3 times, but they keep losing the paperwork & charge me additional Escrow (insurance). All this without notice or advice. After calling them & adding the changes for active insurance. They still want me to pay for additional insurance, till their department can sort it. Their fault, I have to pay till resolution?? I called multiple times to sort this out??

I did not realize that you can only have one funding account at a time, and in order to change the account for transferring, it can take an entire month. I do not have access to my old savings account anymore, so technically my money is unaccessible at this time. They get you with the 5.36 APY, however, they don't have an app, you can't easily transfer between accounts, and the customer service is nonexistent. READ THE FINE PRINT! Do not bank here.
