I waited for a few minutes before anyone was available to talk to me. Was told that they don't see anyone who is more than 15 minutes late and I had to reschedule. Sat in their building for the next 30 plus minutes and watched their staff play on their cell phones or call clients and say I just want to update your account... They had no physical client in the building but still refused to see me. Of note, they knew I wanted to open multiple accounts and move considerable cash from other banks to theirs. I've heard such horrible things about this bank and all I can say is they showed me in person just how "great" they really are

No explanation as to what takes them so long, they just stare at your ID and type on the computer as if you’re gonna have a nervous breakdown and reveal yourself to be a scammer. Manager didn’t even offer an apology after I voiced my frustration with the service. Stay away from this branch!
