- ASAlex StarkJul 10, 20251.0Have never been at this branch before, but it was on my way, so i stopped by this morning. There was one person already at the window when i walked in, and a teller Miriam was already helping him, so i thought it would be quick ( a couple of minutes literally). There were 4 other employees... Unfortunately, the teller was clearly more interested in flipping her book/magazine, hiding it behind the computer. Everybody else was just sitting there talking to each other... Nobody bothered to get up and help me (and i only had one quick deposit to make), they only said "thank you for your patience somebody will be with you shortly" like a recording machine, so after wasting 20 min i just left... very disappointed with customer service and will avoid this branch in the future.... management should look at this branch closely!
