    I went to the bank for an atm withdrawal. While it was after hours they had a door for ATM access that was overseen by an “attendant”. Unfortunately, the entry scanner was out of order and the trash hat they was working security wouldn’t let anyone in. She was completely comfortable not doing anything and I had to use a Chase Bank atm next to the this site which billed me for access and I’m sure Wells Fargo will also nil me for using a different bank. Crap service once again by Wells Fargo

    Walked in today around 5pm july 21 monday.i asked for help to get a replacement debit card.told him the situation wich is i lost my wallet with my debit card, credit card’s and id.he led me to the booth and sat down.first thing he asked me is a physical id.where i told him i don’t have one cause i lost my wallet.he said i can grab an id from the dmv and start from there.i told him i have my phone to verify the number or email or even log in to the app to verify that is my account.or social security, billing address etc.and he still said no he cant help me.then tell’s me to just call the number online to help me out.HOW DOES IT MAKE SENSE THAT THE PERSON ON THE PHONE CAN VERIFY ME and not the person in front of me WHILE THEY CAN ASK THE SAME QUESTION’S or verification’s.i called the number online and they confirmed it in 7 mins. And i did tried doing it on the app as well before walking in the bank.but is says go to the nearest bank or call the number online.i was on 40th and 10th ave around 5pm obviously my first option is to go to a physical store(bank).but yea next time i know better.online support gets five starts for sure.but that guy that i talked to doesn’t make sense at all.

    I just needed a temporary debit card. Only 2 bankers were working. Had to wait 35 min to be seen by a banker. Waiting should not be more than ten min with out a restroom for customers to use.

    Wells Fargo is supposedly one of the best banks in the country, but this particular branch provides absolutely no evidence. For nearly 4 weeks I have been trying to get a simple matter resolved.
