They over drafted my account and haven’t deposited the money back when this card never overdraft

Fix the digital card reader that allows the door to open post operating hours. It's NOT working properly. I wasted train fare and time coming to the bank and the door won't open. Do better!!

One of the worst companies I had experienced. Terrible customer service, terrible way of managing their services. A complete waste of time, and a stress producer. Get rid off the company.

I’m extremely disappointed with the ongoing poor service at the Wells Fargo branch on 116th Street and Lenox in Harlem. I arrived around 10 AM with more than 10 people already in line. Only one teller was available, and that person went on break just 40 minutes after the branch opened—leaving customers waiting with no explanation. Meanwhile, another employee stood behind the counter counting money and ignoring the growing line.
The lack of urgency, professionalism, and basic customer care is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and dismissive—this has not been a one-time experience. It’s become the norm at this location.
Harlem deserves better than this level of service. Wells Fargo needs to address the staffing, training, and attitude of employees at this branch immediately. I’ve filed a complaint with corporate and will be sharing this publicly until real changes are made.
