In five years dealing with Wellsfargo in 4 other states this had never happened to me in any of those states. And instead of them to check their security cameras to confirm my complaint, they told me to wait until the cashier counts her money for them to call me back. mind you I never got a call back not even so much as a call back to say that they are sorry for messing with my money even after they realized that the teller made that mistake. How inadequate very unprofessional environment unlike I have ever seen.
