Very friendly and I did not feel I was technical burden. I'm from Colorado so she made my NY experience g8.

Unbelievable for a professional business place that suppose to have a teller available at all time. I walked for 10 mins to get to this location to fine this ridiculous situation. Plus manager was there and told me that teller were not avalando he could help me either to make a deposit to business account.
