- PFPaul ForemanSep 26, 20251.0The female branch manager is terrible, on two occasions I tried depositing money for my 91 yr old aunt and she wouldn’t accept the checks without an account number despite me having her debit card and pin, basically saying I could have found it on the street. How absurd, I was making deposits (over $13k) not withdrawing. She needs some customer service training. As a 25+ year customer I have never experienced such terrible customer service. Condescending and arrogant behavior. I left the bank went to the atm and made the deposits. Never doing business at this branch ever again

Is it because this is a “Black” area and that means it doesn’t deserve the same level of customer service as other locations in Manhattan? Clearly no accountability from the management, because they love being rude even more. I cannot wait to follow up with customer service about my experience. Wells Fargo has made it less and less appealing to bank with them over the years. This terrible customer service is not helping their case. Despicable.
