- PFPaul ForemanSep 26, 20251.0The female branch manager is terrible, on two occasions I tried depositing money for my 91 yr old aunt and she wouldn’t accept the checks without an account number despite me having her debit card and pin, basically saying I could have found it on the street. How absurd, I was making deposits (over $13k) not withdrawing. She needs some customer service training. As a 25+ year customer I have never experienced such terrible customer service. Condescending and arrogant behavior. I left the bank went to the atm and made the deposits. Never doing business at this branch ever again
