Instead of directing my son to a teller or someone who could help him with his specific needs, she chose to discuss his account details right at the front door. This approach was not only inappropriate but also demonstrated a lack of professionalism as it compromised my son's privacy. Rue's failure to maintain professional boundaries became increasingly evident when I had to intervene and ask my son to sit down due to her informal manner. It was clear that she had forgotten her role ,and instead, treated my son like a family member rather than a client seeking financial advice. This lapse in professionalism led to feelings of discomfort for both of us. Despite her assurance that she would seek out one of the bankers for further assistance, it appeared that she blocked any potential help by speaking with another employee who closed his door after moments of us sitting in the waiting area. This action suggested that our needs were not prioritized within the bank's service structure, leaving us without the necessary support we sought during our visit. We eventually got our service needs met at a different location.
