- DBDavid BJun 15, 20215.0We moved out of the NYC area for a period due to COVID and had an urgent issue. Manager Zorita Simmons was friendly and went out of her way to help. This was my best experience at any Valley National branch. I’m looking forward to continued business with this branch, and I hope Valley National recognizes the great work that Ms. Simmons does.
- NNNoushkaJan 7, 20191.0I had enough of this stupid branch. The lack of unprofessionalism is unbearable. The manager seats in her office and does nothing. I have been coming to this branch several times I had enough! I will from now on travel the extra miles to go to the branch on 6th. I have zero patience for this zero! It’s just so frustrating. Do a surprise visit to this branch and see what I am talking about.
