When I went in to ask them to break a 100 dollar bill I was greated with a smug sassy attitude by the woman working the window. No explanation why, which was not warranted but would have been nice. Just a snide "Do you have an account here? Then I can't help you sorry". Maybe the bank is a servicable, nice bank but the service was despicable. And this day in age where people can easily share a bad experience with the masses you should be more aware of your staff's unpleasantries. I wouldn't open an account here!
