Unfortunately TIAA is doing so well because they never give you your money. like say when your wife dies from stage 4 cancer and leaves retirement funds for her under age children. They deposit funds for one child and then hold on to the funds of the other child. Then make up stalling excuses, like we sent you a check, you changed your address, the deposit will be there in 3 days, the deposit will be there in 7 days, we cant find anything wrong with you claim but maybe you should file another just incase, You can't talk to a manager right now but I'm sure one will get back to you in 1-2 weeks, the money is sitting right there in your wife's account, but since talking to 7 of their beneficiary reps no one knows why the money hasn't been deposited yet. Evidently you would have better control of your money if you stuffed it in your mattress. This company is just another Bernie Madoff. Stall, stall, stall, stall. While they're doing who knows what with your money. I've already filed complaints with the Attorney General, Better Business and Federal Trade Commission, Channel 2 news, DOL, CFPB, SEC, etc.
