- SKsteven konstadtNov 17, 20251.0worst place to have your money. Terrible telephone service inept at sending required forms make it almost impossible to meet in person. Glad I'm rolling my money out of there and will never have to deal with them again.
- MSMr. SinglendonAug 1, 20251.0Customer service has usually been great, but they can thank the old woman at 4:58 today for this. She answered saying: "we close in two minutes." As long as the call was initiated during business hours, which it was, she should give me a reasonable amount of time--but don't complain because you took a call with two minutes left in the day. In my 35 year career, I went home when the work was done without regards to any clock, so I can't relate. To boot, she ended the call when I told her I had been given different information than what she had given me. My family has been with them for decades; we can move everything to Fidelity F&G or Mass Mutual Ascend where we also have retirement accounts and where they are helpful and friendly--if that would make them happier. She needs to retire and not get black marks for an otherwise good company.

Just saw the owner's reply, "...we can connect you with a manager who can help follow up....". Hello, owner, that is your job. I reported it and shared it here with public. Why do I need to call your customer service for? btw to bypass your AI before any human takes extra 4'30", you may get rid of that at least if, again if you want to help your valuable customers/participants a tiny fraction from your chaotic organization. I'm done with you. Call your C. S. yourself to find out everything about your company. :)
