- XXxiaoboSep 26, 20251.0非常差的td银行，唐人街的两家都是如此，其他地区的没接触过，但两次不愉快的经历让我决定不在这个银行开户。对华人特别是那些英语不太好的老华人以及新来的华人态度冷漠，还给脸色客人看。 我和我妈妈在讨论一些事，客服居然叫我们讨论好再进来，什么影响到她们的客人。我一听就知道怎么回事了，就问她，现在号是我们的号，办的是我们的业务，谈话是我和我妈妈的私人谈话，最近的客人离我们至少十米远，根本听不到我们谈话，也没有见她询问过其他客人我们的谈话是否影响到他们，她凭什么叫我们出去，说我们影响其他客人，她要拿出她的证据。如果她继续坚持她：的观点那可以继续，我会要求她拿出证据，如果没有我就要采取进一步措施，如果她没有那就闭嘴。 客服自然闭嘴，但也让我很不开心，因为这种欺负老华人的做法让人呕心。

- MJMike JonesAug 8, 20251.0This bank is over runned by illegal bag sellers and weed dealers they set up tables outside along the bank and come in and out the bank like it’s their living room. The security is unarmed and some of them are cool and some are pretty useless. There really only two tellers working the rest of the them just look at and lean back in their chair and watch them work . There is no rope line. Or line to wait behind so it’s a chaotic mess . The have no real counters like they just have small 5x5 counter that anyone can go behind the counter and do whatever , so security is Zero . Everytime they need cash they say they have to got to the vault , which you have to wait 10-20 mins for . I had a issue and I try to do itself myself online but a message comes up and it tells me me to come into the bank, one of the middle age older ladies give me attitude like I’m her child or husband to go do it online . I said I tried , online said to come in the store . There really only 1-2 teller working and 1-2 at the desk . And the just a chaotic mess of a line , like anyone can come up to a teller or behind a teller . No wait here , no ropes , or behind this line . Absolute mess of bank. IKEA or Trader Joe’s is more organized than this place . Store manager is where ? No where ? Who’s running this place ? A 5 year old child ?
