- CCCaroline CDec 19, 20251.0Unprofessional and unknowledgeable staff which is surprising as the location is on Madison Ave in midtown. This is not my usual branch. Have business accounts with TD over 10 years yet they (after checking with a manager) were unable to assist me in opening an additional account without first sending all the paperwork to their legal department. Went to my usual branch on Lexington Ave where they promptly provided the assistance I needed.

What is this customer service? Never coming back to this location again. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would.

My partner of 23 year has an acount there and wants to put app so she can do internet payment on her phone which she needs because most part of year we live in Europe, we went 3 times and still not working with the login details they gave us. Nice young man Thomas very helpful and normal. But the black woman with blond hair is totally unfit for her job. Not listening and extremely rude.
