- KGKeziah GreenDec 2, 20201.0Lazy and slow employees! I went in to cash my saving bond and they told me they needed a death certificate. Next day I bring the death certificate. I had to wait until they were finish talking for them to call me. When I was finally called they end up telling me they need the real copy even though they have everything they need. I think they didn’t want to count it because it was too much. I went to another location and they helped me with no questions asked.

Opened the account in the city on Friday and they didn’t have a card printer or it was not working, checked back on Tuesday of the following week, but it has not bend fixed yet. Visited a second branch in 63rd and Lexington, not only is there lack of staff which led to an hour wait to get a card printed, but it seemed that there was more importance placed on small talk for 30 minutes, instead of attending to customers. I agree that being polite and friendly with customers is a priority, but prioritizing unrelated chatting is not part of customer service, specially when others are waiting. Have also been having problems with online banking. I still don’t have access to my account online. Have been on the phone with 3 different people and none of them have been able to help. Well after all of this I’ve made the decision to close my account. It was sincerely a waste of my time dealing with TD Bank. Cya!
