The lady that was there has a really bad attitude she was telling me to leave the bank, the way she said it isn’t right I bet that if my Mom was there she wouldn’t have talk to me like that. Guys there are nice but lady is not. She literally took my back and gave it to the security guy and put it on the floor outside . I have go to many different TD Banks and this have never happen. This is the worse TD bank ever. At least because of her.

The bank promised me that will pay some money as a bonus for being referred by someone to open an account. Then after several months they refused to do what they promised. Even worse, I suddenly noticed that they started to charge me $50 every month for 3 monthsas maintenance fee, while I wasn't eligible for that. After discussing, they get 2 months charges back, and erased any document. So my $50 was gone! Rediculous!
- RProwell perezOct 24, 20181.0The Manager named Diana in this branch is very RACIST and very pushy, i was trying to deposit some cash last night around 6PM and she keeps on telling me to use the machine, i went to the teller and the teller said that the vault is closed, then Diana came to me again and said that the money counter machine is broken, really? that branch only has 1 money counter machine? The manager is very disrespectful and very RACIST! Not sure why she still there and why the teller are trained that way. Be professional! you're representing a company that has good reputation. I hope that TD Bank management will hear and know this complain, I will be waiting for your reply.
