Yesterday, my wife and I experienced an incredibly stressful situation when she discovered a massive error in her bank account—her balance showed negative $230,000.00 instead of a positive amount! Understandably, panic set in, but Oramil Rodriguez was an absolute lifesaver. He spent half the day tirelessly working with us to resolve what turned out to be a bank mistake. Oramil went above and beyond, making numerous phone calls, advocating on our behalf, and ensuring the issue was corrected. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for customers were truly remarkable. If TD Bank had more employees like Oramil in higher positions, situations like this wouldn’t happen in the first place. He deserves all the recognition and a big promotion for his exceptional service! Thank you, Oramil—you turned a nightmare into a resolution, and we are deeply grateful!

The lady that was there has a really bad attitude she was telling me to leave the bank, the way she said it isn’t right I bet that if my Mom was there she wouldn’t have talk to me like that. Guys there are nice but lady is not. She literally took my back and gave it to the security guy and put it on the floor outside . I have go to many different TD Banks and this have never happen. This is the worse TD bank ever. At least because of her.
- RRReza RJan 5, 20202.0Has nice staff, but the bank network is systematically not honest. The bank promised me that will pay some money as a bonus for being referred by someone to open an account. Then after several months they refused to do what they promised. Even worse, I suddenly noticed that they started to charge me $50 every month for 3 monthsas maintenance fee, while I wasn't eligible for that. After discussing, they get 2 months charges back, and erased any document. So my $50 was gone! Rediculous!
