  If you’re looking for notary services, I recommend going elsewhere. Jaylen, the notary, is incompetent, unprofessional, and unreliable. I made an appointment and even called the day before to confirm, asking them to let me know if I needed to adjust the time. However, when I arrived, I was told the notary had “forgotten” and gone to lunch. This was unprofessional and showed a lack of reliability. While I eventually got my document notarized, it required wasting extra time going back and forth. The notary was dismissive and said he just "forgot." He showed no concern or sympathy for the inconvenience caused.

  I had a phenomenal experience at this TD Bank. I used to work as a teller. Therefore, I know the moxie grit, caring and charismatic attitude. It takes to win over the hearts of customers, especially when dealing with their money. It’s a hard job not to be taken lately. In this instance, I went to TD Bank to withdraw money from my checking account. However, I was locked out of my house and did not have my keys or my ID on me after trying to attempt a long bike ride. Even though I was down and out, and my phone was almost dead to 2% and one of the customer service representatives, Heaven, really helped me out. She saw a problem and reached out and fixed it by offering me her charger. I sat patiently and waited for my phone to charge to 30% before the end of the shift was over.Overall, I’d have to say that this is exactly why I’ve been a TD Bank customer for over 20 years.

  One of the best TD banks in NYC. No line and super friendly staff. On top of that they have a notary. 👍🏻👍🏻

  I was not really welcome. I felt racially profile. From this bad experience I am done with td bank for life
