- DCDavis CarrasquilloSep 17, 20251.0This is hands down the worst TD Bank branch in New York City. Yesterday I went in for a simple wire transfer. I sat in the tiny two chair waiting area while three employees were behind the counter and two were sitting at their desks. One of them (black guy) finished with a client, walked right past me without even looking, and then went to help someone who arrived after me. I was completely ignored as if I didn’t exist. Frustrated, I left and went to the TD Bank on 23rd Street. There I waited another 30 minutes because the only person who could handle wire transfers was at lunch while the other two sat around laughing and gossiping. What should have taken minutes turned into a ridiculous and exhausting ordeal. I have already started moving my money out of TD Bank because of the repeated lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customers. If you value your time and basic respect, avoid this branch at all costs.
