I wish all TD Bank branches had responsible manager like Jeff Menard. Jeff Menard was our lifesaver in this city, ensuring that all our money transfer tasks from Canada to the USA were completed quickly. The world needs more people like Jeff Menard and his excellent team, including Emily. As long as TD Bank has managers like Jeff Menard, they don't need advertisements because his sense of responsibility is the best promotion and builds trust for the bank. Thank you so much!

Meanwhile, if I had applied online, I would have received the promotion. Seems silly that I made an effort to go into the bank and got penalized.
