- VKVivian KoromaAug 16, 20191.0This bank is no good. I had several bad encounters with them. 1. ATM suck in my card had to end up with new card. 2. I deposited a check of $1449.00 the ATM only accunted fir the $449. Thankfulky I had the receipt with check image, inetantky reported it and they still insisted that it will 10 days for investigation. Most recently a fund was remove from my account without my knowledge, when I called to inquire about it, the customer service rep hung up on me because I told him I couldn't a specific date of my most recent transfer between accounts.
