- LDLazar DjuricNov 6, 20251.0Worst experience i ever had. Its my third year with this bank and its always the same. I came as a j1 student and wanted to wire my money back to my country. The menager that works here, young lady, i think her name starts with M was the definition of unprofessional worker. She didnt help me with anything, she said that im not able to wire the money because I dont have access to to my old phone number even though i provided her with all possible informations about my account, my transaction history and everything. When I asked her so what am I supposed to do, she said “I dont know”, when I asked politely can i speak to your menager, she said im the menager. When I wanted to at least withdraw some money FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT, she said oh we dont have any cash. I dont know where you guys even find workers like this. After that I just went to closest TD bank and they wired my money without any problems and even changed my phone number. I just hope that she gets demoted because she doesnt deserve to be menager when she is that rude.

It’s a shame because the bankers on the floor are polite but the teller line and specifically the “supervisor” as she called herself was unhelpful and dismissive. Interestingly enough, I saw another comment on exactly who I’m referring to. I won’t assume what her nationality or ethnicity because that’s irrelevant but it’s obvious nothing has been done to correct this behavior. TD bank used to care about customer satisfaction. Guess that’s not a priority anymore !
