Unfortunately, I encountered numerous issues withdrawing cash with my bank card and spent nearly an hour trying to reach someone in Canada who could assist me. By that point, I was overwhelmed and on the verge of tears from frustration. It was then that a young gentleman, Mr. Luis Moran, approached me with kindness and professionalism. Earlier, he had explained that Canadian and U.S. banking systems are separate and therefore not directly linked. However, upon seeing my distress, he went above and beyond—saying, “I’ll try my best to help you, even though it may not work—let me try.” Thanks to his patience, compassion, and determination, he managed to contact the Canadian counterpart and provide me with the assistance I so desperately needed. His actions reflected true empathy and outstanding customer service—qualities that are increasingly rare and deeply appreciated. Mr. Moran truly turned an extremely stressful situation into a positive experience. He should be formally recognized and commended for his professionalism, initiative, and genuine care for customers.
