  I am a Canadian customer, and recently I experienced credit card fraud while traveling. Unfortunately, I encountered numerous issues withdrawing cash with my bank card and spent nearly an hour trying to reach someone in Canada who could assist me. By that point, I was overwhelmed and on the verge of tears from frustration. It was then that a young gentleman, Mr. Luis Moran, approached me with kindness and professionalism. Earlier, he had explained that Canadian and U.S. banking systems are separate and therefore not directly linked. However, upon seeing my distress, he went above and beyond—saying, “I’ll try my best to help you, even though it may not work—let me try.” Thanks to his patience, compassion, and determination, he managed to contact the Canadian counterpart and provide me with the assistance I so desperately needed. His actions reflected true empathy and outstanding customer service—qualities that are increasingly rare and deeply appreciated. Mr. Moran truly turned an extremely stressful situation into a positive experience. He should be formally recognized and commended for his professionalism, initiative, and genuine care for customers.

  I’ve been a costumer of TD Bank since 2017. Few years ago they closed my bank account without giving me a heads up. They said that they sent me a letter which I never received. However, when I went to the bank, they said they only needed my documents to be updated and that was all. They opened another bank account for me so I was convinced to keep being their costumer. Last night all by sudden I realized that they closed my account again. When I called, they said that I could go to any branch to have an answer. I came to their branch located on 1619 Broadway. Again they gave me ne explanation. I asked them to give the money left in my account and they said they would send a request and they didn’t know how long it would take. This is while I’m traveling in one day and for the official process I need my open bank account as a provided document. I don’t have it now and this is the worse thing a bank can do to their costumers. Their costumer service are not helping much and instead of acting professionally and understand your frustration, take it personally and have an attitude. The person in charge came to me after few min ( this is not a concern) but she asked me to sign to close out my bank acoustical to have my money. I complained that it wasn’t my request and they closed my bank account. She was about to grab the pen from my hand which was very unprofessional behavior. The only answer I got was a « I don’t know ». Please do not go to this bank. Other banks can provide you a very better service.

  Just bad. The worst customer service. I can't tell you how rude some of the tellers are. I can deal with a fake smile, but I can't deal with rudeness. I know sometimes you have bad days. But all the time. Its just sad
