Lost one of my checks and had to go through corporate to retrieve it. Teller actually laughed when I asked for an explanation. I wish I could give this negative stars. Forgot to mention made customers wait outside in the cold for their appointment instead of allowing them to wait inside. This branch needs to be shut down

Cindy Matos was amazing with the process, answered my every question and was very helpful. Again i went back and Cindy Matos again did a wonderful job helping My mother getting her checking and savings account with direct deposit. The rest of the staff are wonderful also, always willing to help so you can go home satisfy. Now as the branch manager Cindy Matos still humble with an open door policy to help whoever is in need and always willing to help the community. I would recommend this Branch to everyone who is looking for a good baking experience. 10 🌟
