  I’ve been struggling to move my money with repeated and unjustified holds placed on my account. It took me over a week, multiple attempts, and several conversations with TD representatives through secure messages, calls to customer service representative central, and a call with a TD bank leader to resolve the issue. However, shortly after resuming normal activity on Oct 20, 2025, my account was once again blocked on Oct 21, causing further inconvenience. The 16 days during which my funds have not been earning interest have already resulted in financial losses and considerable headaches. Even the Customer Advocacy from TD is terrible, skip deadlines. I already filed a complaint on CFPB and my situation is still unsolved.

  The only reason why I’m giving 5 stars is because of Mateo, who helped me out yesterday! He was the kindest and most professional worker I’ve ever stumbled across on. He helped me with some things I didn’t even know existed in these 2 years of being a customer of TD bank! Thank you Mateo!!! PS. I’m pretty sure he is one of the reason you kept some of the customers, since 99% of your workers are rude and don’t know the BASIC things you ask them..so give the man a raise he well deserves!!!

  I’ve been having many frustrations on the phone and in other TD branches with my new convenience chequing account since opening it in March; mainly because I’m Canadian and opened it through cross-border banking. Just decided to stop by this TD Bank branch before getting on the train to see if I can iron out some mistakes on my file and turned out that Ken, the branch manager, was super helpful. Finally someone who took my account issues seriously and with a kind attitude. Thank you!

  Staff were super helpful and kind. Helped me cash a savings bond with no issue and all smiles. B of A had told me they couldn’t if I didn’t have an account for 2 years, then tried to talk me into opening an account and waiting 2 years to come back. Thank God TD exists.

  My name is Deysi Gonzalez. I lost my card and i went yesterday to pick up a new one at your branch. The representative that assisted me linked my new card to the wrong account after I repeatedly gave her my account. I even wrote it for her. She liked my card to my daughter’s student account. Later that day i made 2 purchases and they were debited from my daughter’s account and it brought her account down to negative balance. Now she is going to be charged a fee because of the bank’s error. Today I called and Victor assisted me I identified myself, gave him my ss number and account number and he told me that he would get this resolved. He then came back and told me he was blocking my account instead of helping me and that i would have to go in person to the branch. I called again and Victor answered the phone. I asked for a manager and after giving me a hard time finally transferred me to one. I explained again the error that the branch did and the manager was no help. She told me to go to the branch. All this after spending an hour at the branch when i first went. This is a very inconvenient situation and i am considering closing all my accounts with TD.
