- SRStephanny RodriguezNov 3, 20251.0I usually receive courteous service at this TD branch, from the security guard to the CSRs and tellers. However, during a recent visit, the experience with the manager, Dave, was disappointing and unnecessarily difficult. I came in for a card replacement and to add a someone to my account, following the guidance of two other TD employees. Instead of helping resolve the issue efficiently, Dave provided inconsistent information and created avoidable barriers. I was told first that cards were no longer printed in-branch, then that only one could be printed, and finally that both would need to be mailed and activated separately, none of which aligned with my prior experiences at TD. Additionally, despite my mother having valid ID on hand, Dave insisted her identity could only be verified by sending a text code to a U.S. number, with no effort to explore reasonable alternatives given her residency abroad. I value TD’s customer service and have had positive experiences here in the past, but this interaction reflected poor judgment and inflexibility from management. I hope TD reviews this matter. Experiences like this risk undermining the trust and loyalty of long-time customers. If I could give negative stars I would. DO BETTER!
