  I like this location of TD Bank. I was on vacation in New York City and needed to do some banking and was glad to see this location so available to where I was. The employees and the teller were so kind and helpful!

  The useless worker JOSEPH he’s Chinese or Asian or something didn’t help me at all when I was in there. I went there almost everyday asking if they can help me with a dispute to my account and when I walked in I’m pregnant I just got off work my feet hurt and he’s asking me what I needed help with after I kept it simple because I wanted to speak to the lady who told me to come back so she can help me I checked in and I sat there for about five minutes. After sitting there he said oh I’ll help you. When he could’ve just helped me the first time. He asked me for my information didn’t say anything to me and the stated something about my debit card. He stated I said my card is blocked and I said I never said any of that, I said you didn’t even ask me what I needed help with and he caught a attitude with me and said oh we can’t help you with a dispute, after finally telling him the issue even though I wanted this lady to help me. He said oh you just have to wait until the money goes back to your card. I said so why did they say they can help me he said oh we can’t help you and shrugged his shoulders. Unprofessional it’s like he never wanted to help me and just wanted me out and then he went to his colleagues and was talking about. I called up to make a complaint about him as well moving forward and when I asked him his name he just said Joseph and smiled like if he didn’t care nor did he care to help me .

  The absolute WORST branch! TD Bank allowed illegal/criminal/drug money to pass through their systems for decades and failed to ensure that they properly maintained protcals over these many many years, and now clients suffer due to their incompetence. Great teller, horrible manager. I need my cash and they will not allow me access to it. Teller said $20k was okay to take out. Branch manager says no, $8k. Not a problem I know they need to have reserves on hand. I visited my local branch days ago to take out $10k then the same branch the next day for another $10k. I happened to be in the city so I went to them and now its a problem! Mind you this is MY MONEY! I should have full access to it if it meets their reserve requirements for the day! I gave them the reason that I need it, which 100% checks out. They hold our money, use it for lending which allows them to make high interest and give us a comical fraction of that interest in our accounts, and then will not let us take it when we need it? Ludacris! We'll they just lost a great client over this. Moving to a real bank and not one that can't get their act together.
