- JRJ RMar 15, 20231.0“Cash machine” was down. Teller made it obvious he was making excuses not to help me. Turner to his manager coaxing her to confirm his excuses to refuse my business. Took my USAA debit card and IDs, studied them, then said they couldn’t help me. USAA sent me in here because they said TD Bank was military friendly. Yea maybe, but not this branch.
