They both deserve raises or promotions or both. Outstanding customer service, unlike anyone you call on the phone. Seriously, they are amazing and know how to go about solving a problem. They truly cared about how timely my issues became were (no one else seemed to care if I couldn't get my check into my landlord on time and lived on the streets) , worked on my case even when I wasn't present in the branch, and simply just CARE and relate to your problems. If it wasn't for them I probably would be closing my accounts as we speak.
