I’ve never had to provide either of those in the past to get change. I said others locations such as the midtown locations have taken money out of my account using my phone number so I’m not sure why you need my ID, or debit card when I’m asking for change. I’m sticking to my regular bank that has accommodating hospitality service not coming here again
