I had gone to them to get my online password changed and then....lo and behold it did not work! I went back and checked in with the online checkin, and no one came to get me for 45 minutes, after which I asked politely how long I would have to wait. Then the banker (I think she was the branch manager) grudgingly and haughtily asked if she could help. With every word she said she was obviously angry and condescending. Whatever you do don't bank at this branch.
