The employees are nice but it would be nice to have at least one person who's first language isn't Spanish working at the location.

They’ve screwed up important account or transfer details for me twice. It’s such a contrast to every other TD branch I’ve been in. I think about switching banks entirely to avoid this branch.
- BSBen SimmonsJun 6, 20251.0Marco, a manager, is one of the rudest bank employees I have ever had the misfortune to deal with at TD Bank in the 20 years I have been with them. Ask him for help with something, he will look up from his screen at you with a plain look of annoyance. He like a troll at the gate, looking for a reason why something can't be done. First time, I asked for help transferring funds to a TD Bank in Canada. He said it couldn't it be done and I needed to call that branch. I promptly did this and handed him my phone so he could speak to his colleague north of the border. He gave me a death stare like I'd just asked if I could sleep with his wife. He was ultimately not able to transfer the funds; I went into another branch and they did it in about 5 minutes. Today I went in asking for some documentation to be notarized; his instant reaction was: no, this can't be done. He shooed me away. I ended up going to one of his staff, Rosalinda, who helped me and got everything done in 5 minutes. Marco, you're any incredibly rude man. You shouldn't be in any kind of public facing customer service role.
