  Very ignorant to customer or their institution, they made me stressed they give zero care of customer said you can close the account 🙂

  Called and asked to talk to John. Apparently he doesn’t work there anymore, but when he was there I had a really good experience with him. A knowledgeable and professional guy focused on work and customers. Hope he left for good and hope the leadership understood the value of such people. Leaving this good review based on the experience I had with John, otherwise TD’s backend office staff (when you call the bank) seem to be very disconnected and untrained.

  Liliana was the least helpful teller I’ve ever encountered. She couldn’t assist with opening a business account and kept repeating, “The receipt has to be filed in the city of New York.” When I asked her to clarify what receipt she meant, especially since I’d already provided the articles of incorporation and bylaws, she just repeated the same vague sentence. After three repetitions, she abruptly said she had to leave, abandoned me, and went on a break. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I later opened the account at another TD branch, where the process was smooth and efficient.

  I’m actually waiting online right now, they only have one teller here. I’ve been waiting for about a good 15-20 minutes just waiting behind one person. The manager popped his head out, helped her do one thing and then disappeared. It’s just awfully understaffed and I get the feeling they don’t care. This place needs help

  If Priyanka's doing customer service, don't expect much interaction or help. I went in about paying a card closed over a month ago, she sleepily came to the table, barely aware that she was so not present that we had awkward pauses where no one spoke; she was too checked out to do anything. She took my card and id and in the end, I had to ask her to return my cards to leave. If she was high, who knows, but she was a space case. Additionally, nothing has been done within the time she reported it would be done. Thanks for the tired/ high workers and lies TD!
