The atmosphere has become tense and uncomfortable, and the level of service has noticeably declined. One staff member, Will (or Willis), often comes across as condescending rather than helpful. His communication style feels performative and rarely provides clear or useful solutions. Interactions that should feel professional instead feel awkward and insincere. Overall, the energy at this branch feels forced and unwelcoming. I ultimately decided to close my account and move to Chase. Disappointed, but not surprised.
