Publicly groaning to each other the entire time about contacting another department to assist with an issue and another coworker “stealing” her unrelated new customer sign up, and service at a glacial pace. No one besides security even greeted at walk in despite no line for all 4 employee desks. Update- another teller also just let a customer walk out before giving him the single bills for his withdrawal. Baffling difference in attitude between in-person banking at my main bank (Citizens) and this particular branch at TD. Recommend trying any other branch besides here if you bank with TD.
